A class for all stages of pregnancy. Expecting mamas get to share in a circle of support and practice yoga. Poses can be modified or intensified for any level. Classes focus on stability, strength, breath, and birth prep, while alleviating discomforts associated with pregnancy. All stages of pregnancy are welcome.
Prenatal Yoga
4 Class Pass
$360TTD/$90 per class
The 4 Class Pass is for those mamas who want to commit to their yoga practice and getting movement in. Movement plays a crucial role in providing relief during pregnancy and in labor and helps baby get into the optimal position for birth. Make the most of your prenatal yoga classes with a consistent practice.
Mum & Bub Yoga
$100TTD per class
Postpartum yoga, where babies are welcome. Classes focus on core work, breathing, balance, stretching, and reconnecting to your body. Classes start with our sharing circle. Diaper changes, feeding, and crying babies are A-okay here!
Birth Ball Class
$100TTD per class
Birth balls are an incredible tool during pregnancy, birth, and even postpartum. This prenatal yoga class incorporates a birth ball to get deeper into your practice and prepare for labor and birth. Your own birth ball is highly recommended. BYOB (ball)
